this is how to make coconut macaroons
*4 large egg whites
*1 cup granluated white sugar
*1 teaspoon vanilla extract
*1/2 cup cake flour
*3 cups sweetend shreded
So lets get started
1.In a stainless steel,bowl place over a saucepan of simmering water whick together the egg whites sugar and salt.
2.When this mixture is warm to the touch and nice and creamy remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract ,flour and coconut.
3.Preheat oven 325 degrees ,line baking sheets with parchment peper make small mounds \nd bake for about 15 mins or untill golden brown
4. enjoy your macaroons
